Quantum⁵ – Brand + App/Product Design
The automotive industry has experienced major changes as a result to new styles in buying habits and shifts in customer expectations. Dealership teams have been forced to adapt to this new modern retail approach by changing how they sell, how they engage with their customers and most importantly, how they build connections with their people. There needed to be a way to connect and build lifetime value far beyond the transaction of a sales or service experience; there needed to be a way to create meaningful relationships between people.
As Chief Brand Officer and lead designer, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from and shape the market from a vantage point of an internal team member. In this role, I’ve worked closely with all teams from content, tech and app development to community managers, art, and marketing. Everything that we’ve created is towards building better human interactions and genuine buying experiences; and everything we deliver is designed to meet the needs of the customer, both Quantum⁵ clients and their people.
