Discovery + Analysis

An internal and external audit of your brand

I’ll spend 30 days looking at your brand from all angles. I’ll analyze all your customer touchpoints, including website and social presence, all sales/marketing materials, and current messaging, then I’ll move to your team. I’ll meet with key players to get an understanding of the culture, leadership tactics and desires so I can see your brand values from the inside.

Depending on the size and capacity of your team, we can stop here and filter this discovery through your team for strategy and implementation.

Strategy + Direction

A “how to” plan for brand improvement

We’ll discover several opportunities for brand growth and improvement during the discovery and analysis phase. That could be as big as a full rebrand or re-positioning, or as simple as some aesthetic changes, customer identity shifts, or some culture tweaks. Either way, we’ll create a strategy to get you where you want to be.

Depending on the size and capacity of your team, we can stop here and filter this strategy through your team for implementation.

Ongoing Management

An ongoing creative resource for your team.

I offer 3, 6, or 12 month agreements to oversee and direct your brand strategy. I can work directly with your team or reference my network of creatives to bring your strategy to life from the inside out.

These agreements fluctuate based on the size of company and needs of the project.
